Message Control

The sender retains control over the message, even after it’s been sent, and controls whether the receiver is able to copy, paste, save, print-screen, forward or print the message.

BENEFIT: Control over messages being forwarded to unintended third parties

Controlled Documentation Distribution

SafeMessage allows users to attach or embed documents of all kinds. Embedded documents remain under the sender’s control, like the SafeMessage text itself, while attached documents are transmitted securely to the recipient who may then save the document and use in normal fashion.

BENEFIT: Sender has significant control over the distribution of confidential documents

Layered Encryption

SafeMessage uses multiple symmetric and asymmetric encryption algorithms, layering the encryption in a patent-pending security mechanism to create an extremely secure email system.

BENEFIT: Enhanced message security.

Unique Encryption Code for Each Message

SafeMessage generates different encryption codes for each message.

BENEFIT: Further enhanced security.

Sender Sets Expiration Date For Messages

Sender has the option to determine if/when a message will expire and at that time it will be shredded and completely purged from both the sender’s and receiver’s computer.

BENEFIT: No copies of the message remain. With the exception of the compliance box, if deployed.

Encrypted Repository

Messages are never stored in an unencrypted state – messages are always encrypted.

BENEFIT: Prevents unauthorised reading of stored messages.

SafeStore™

SafeMessage stores files and documents in an encrypted repository.

BENEFIT: Protects all files in case of loss, theft or compromise of computer.

Account Management

The systems administrator can provide SafeMessage to Board members, employees and third parties etc.

BENEFIT: Secure communications inside and outside the organisation.

Delivery Status Confirmation

SafeMessage provides confirmation that the message was delivered, or that the user was off-line, unavailable or has not picked up the message.

BENEFIT: The sender always knows the message delivery status.

Digital Signature Support

SafeMessage complies with current EU directives regarding use of Digital Signatures for sending and receiving electronic communications. The administrator can set different trust levels for all users.

BENEFIT: The sender always knows the message delivery status.
